Expressions of Interest - NWQROC Management of Legacy Waste Stockpiles

The North West Queensland Regional Organisation of Councils (NWQROC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Respondents to provide information and engage in discussions regarding options for the removal and potential reuse of waste streams and legacy waste across the NWQROC region, as described in Part 3 – Scope of the EOI document available for download below.

This EOI is intended to inform future procurement activities and strategic decision-making. NWQROC seeks to engage with industry to better understand available solutions, innovative approaches, and indicative costs associated with the management, reuse, recycling, and disposal of legacy waste streams.

Respondents are invited to provide information, feedback, and indicative pricing for the management of the waste streams outlined below. Submissions should include consideration of all labour, plant, equipment, and expertise required to deliver the services and support industry engagement.

  • EOI Release Date: 27 May 2026

  • Closing Date: 17 June 2026

CONDITIONS OF EOI

  • The NWQROC is not bound to accept any submission

  • The NWQROC may accept all or part of any submission
